1.Metaphysical conceit is a particular type of poetic metaphor of the sort developed by the so-called "metaphysical poets" -- a group of 17th century British poets, including John Donne such as his two poetry "No man is an island" and "A valediction: forbidding mourning"

4.Grotesque statue(gargoyle) a statue with special form of the monster in buildings,they are two statue between the building to prevent the rainwater off the roof, minimize the damage of water storm.

1.morpho-compound words,means"form"
Examples:metamorphosis( a process of changing completely into something different)
                 morphology( the study of form and structure of  animal or plants)
                 morphogenesis( the development of structural features of an organism)

2.hemo-prefix,means"blood"
Example: hemogoblin( the oxygen-carrying pigment of red blood cells that gives them their red color and serves to convey oxygen to the tissues)
               hemocoel( a series of interconnected spaces between tissues and organs through which blood flows freely, especially mollusks and arthropods.)
               hemocyte( a blood cell)

3.diminish/dɪˈmɪn ɪʃ/verb-to make something become smaller.
Example:He exploited a physique that most would try desperately to diminish.

4.clod/klɒd/noun-a lump or mass, especially of earth or clay.
Example:One teenager recalled seeing a boy his age pitch a clod of dirt at a mounted officer.

Example:The uproar over the award consumes the whole country, feeding a frenzied media and hungry politicians.

Example:He grasped my hand and shake it warmly.

7.rebellion/rɪˈbɛl yən/noun-an attempt by some of the people in a country to change their government by violence.
Example:The north of the country rise in rebellion against the social party.
